California now requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in the state to disclose on their websites their “efforts to ensure that the goods they sell are not produced by workers who are enslaved, coerced, or otherwise forced into service or who have been the victims of human trafficking.” Does your website have the required disclosures under California’s Transparency in Supply Chain Act? Are you clear on what the Act requires?

Join Tom Gould, Senior Director of Customs & International Trade for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg P.A. in San Francisco/Los Angeles, to review the requirements of the Act. Gould will discuss the required notice, placement of the notice, and topics that must be disclosed. You'll also learn about California's enforcement efforts for this new law and take away recommendations of simply ways to comply.
