As CBP implements the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), it is imperative that importers have the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate this complex system while taking advantage of the many benefits that it provides. The ACE portal is a great tool and an advantage of the ACE system. One of the key values of the ACE Portal is the reporting capability giving importers and brokers access to information, including transaction and financial data, identification of unauthorized filers, liquidationreports and post summary visibility.

In this webinar, Sandy Coty, Vice-President of Customs Brokerage Product for OHL, and Mary Jo Muoio, Senior Vice-President of Trade Services for OHL, presented "ACE Reporting 101," taking a deep dive into topics such as: how to get started with ACE reports; which ACE reports are most important; how to run, save and modify the reports as needed; how to share your reports; how to schedule your reports. And importantly they will cover different ACE reporting resources that can provide you with further guidance along the way.
