Due to unforeseen technical issues, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) experienced an extended outage yesterday, 02 August 2017, starting around 7:00 AM affecting Entry Summary, Cargo Release, and eManifest in ACE, as well as access to the CBP ACE Portal (as per CSMS 17-000435). As a member of the Trade Leadership Council, Mary Jo Muoio (Senior VP Trade Services) participated in a call with CBP, discussing yesterday’s ACE system issues.
