The United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) is excited to announce that we will continue our partnership with PwC’s Customs and International Trade Practice for two more years, helping us deliver timely, critical information to global brands and retailers as well as develop innovative educational and networking events to help advance the industry’s goals.

PwC’s Customs and International Trade Practice, comprising an expansive global network of dedicated customs and international trade specialists located in over 60 countries, is USFIA’s Premier Partner for 2020 and 2021. PwC will work collaboratively with us to support our mission and activities while helping us keep our members informed about key international trade and customs issues.

As Premier Partner in 2018 / 2019, PwC brought the firm’s wide-ranging expertise to our members by covering topics from the global trade landscape and strategies to mitigate trade tension and uncertainty to supply chain threat detection to the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act (TFTEA) duty drawback program. We look forward to continuing to work with PwC in 2020 and utilizing the firm’s global resources to keep our members informed.

In 2020, PwC will provide insights into topics such as:

  • Updates on international trade developments and key customs issues
  • What to monitor from a regulatory point of view in 2020
  • Retail surveys and analysis that look at the health of the retail sector and consumer demand
  • Thought leadership and insights into sustainability topics such as, the role of ESGs and consumers, transparency in the supply chain, and compliance reporting

Additionally, PwC will continue to be an active participant in USFIA’s webinars and industry events throughout the year. Your first opportunity to hear from the experts of PwC on the global roundup of what’s on the horizon for trade in 2020 will be during USFIA’s State of the Industry webinar Wednesday, January 15th. Following, on January 16th, PwC’s Asia Pacific Customs and Trade team will lead a webinar on China Customs & Trade Vision 2020 - Insight for the New Year.
