The United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) joined a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in advance of his trip to Uzbekistan this week. The letter urges him to use the visit to express concern to Uzbek officials about the government’s use of mass forced labor and to urge them to end the practice.
