The CAFTA-DR technical “fixes” will take effect on or around October 15^th, 60 days after the publication of the Presidential Proclamation and the notification of the Organization of American States (OAS). Jon Fee, a partner at Alston & Bird and frequent speaker at USA-ITA events, will present a webinar on what these fixes include and what companies need to know to make use of them when sourcing from the CAFTA-DR region.
