Michelle joined Charter Brokerage after many years as in-house international trade counsel at CIBA CORPORATION and BASF Corporation. Previously, she was a partner in the New York office of Ross & Hardies (nka McGuire Woods LLP), where she counseled and represented a diverse range of businesses before the federal agencies and courts relating to international trade matters.
