California now requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in the state to disclose on their websites their “efforts to ensure that the goods they sell are not produced by workers who are enslaved, coerced, or otherwise forced into service or who have been the victims of human trafficking.” Does your website have the required disclosures under California’s Transparency in Supply Chain Act?
