Hosted by USFIA and Canopy
CanopyStyle brings together over 500 brands and retailers to end the use of Ancient and Endangered Forests in man-made cellulosic fabrics like viscose, rayon and lyocell. With the support of environmental not-for-profit Canopy, fibre producers representing over 50% of the entire global supply of these fabric types are avoiding risks of sourcing from these vital forests and kickstarting a future where these fabrics are made from recycled textiles instead of forests.
This webinar will provide an overview of the CanopyStyle initiative, progress made collectively and describe a concrete path to the future where man-made cellulosic fabrics like viscose, rayon and lyocell are made from next generation lower impact fibre alternatives.
