Update on the San Pedro Bay Clean Truck Program

Hosted by the United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA), American Import Shippers Association (AISA), Port of Long Beach, and Port of Los Angeles.

In the 2017 Clean Air Action Plan Update, the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles proposed modifying the Clean Truck Program to transition to a zero-emissions trucks fleet by 2035 and incentivize cleaner, low-nitrogen oxide (NOx) trucks in the near term. A critical element for implementing the San Pedro Bay Clean Truck Program is establishing a CTF Rate. The Clean Truck Rate is expected to generate a fund, which will be used by industry to assist in the purchase of near-zero or zero-emissions trucks.

Join Heather Tomley, Managing Director of Planning and Environmental Affairs for the Port of Long Beach, and Christopher Cannon, Director of Environmental Management and Chief Sustainability Officer for the Port of Los Angeles, for a webinar discussing the background, benefits, and impacts of the Clean Truck Program and for an update on the CTF Rate and how the ports plan to achieve the long-term goal of zero emissions for trucks by 2035.

This webinar will be recorded and distributed to everyone who registers.
