Hosted by USFIA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

Please join U.S. Customs and Border Protection for a webinar focused on CBP’s e-Recordation program, which allows owners of trademarks and copyrights that have been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or the U.S. Copyright Office (USCOP) to record these registrations with CBP for enhanced border enforcement. This webinar is directed to the import community, right holders who believe that merchandise infringing their intellectual property may seek entry into the United States, and existing recordation holders who desire to hear more about what additional resources and opportunities to partner with CBP to enhance enforcement of their intellectual property are available.

The webinar will run 50 minutes and will be followed by a question and answer session. The presenters will be Lauren Phillips, James Snider and Donna Hart.
