- Katie Burghardt Kramer is a partner in the New York office of DTO Law, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including consumer class action defense and cross-border litigation, along with arbitration matters. Katie has litigated disputes in courts across the country, including state and federal courts, and has experience with various arbitration forums as well. Her class action experience includes handling claims for false advertising, unfair competition, consumer protection, breach of warranty, and invasion of privacy. In addition, she has significant experience handling cross-border disputes involving parties from China.
