Prior to cofounding Samuels with former Deputy U.S. Trade Representative Mike Samuels, Andrew Durant worked on Capitol Hill. He has successfully worked on approximately 100 duty suspension provisions during his career, working with Capitol Hill, the USITC, and Commerce. He was involved in lobbying Congress on the new MTB legislation, and he can speak to the new opportunities and challenges that it poses for petitioners.
