The European Union may be the most recognized example of a customs union, but when it comes to consumer product labeling, the 28 individual jurisdictions often have very distinct requirements and often onerous enforcement policies. Inconsistent EU labeling requirements for garments, footwear and (leather) accessories and the recent rash of aggressive enforcement actions in some countries continue to be a significant concern for apparel companies importing merchandise into the EU.
On February 12, 2015, PwC will provide insights into developments in this area, along with other requirements under CITES and REACH. Jos Verstraten, WMS Director of PwC Netherlands, and Claudia Buysing Damste, WMS Sr. Manager of PwC Netherlands, will present the webinar and take questions from the audience.
This webinar will be recorded and distributed to all registered participants.
