As the Senate races to finish up work for 2010, key Senate staff are saying that it's increasingly unlikely that the Senate will take up the House-passed Omnibus Trade Act of 2010 (H.R. 6517). The Omnibus Trade Act remains mired in disputes over GSP treatment of sleeping bag imports from Bangladesh, and over an extension of certain Trade Adjustment Assistance programs.
