Prime Source Forum (PSF) does not limit to the sourcing aspect of the supply chain only, but also sources of information of the fashion industry. Since 2006, it has been held in Hong Kong once a year, bringing together more than 400 senior executives from 20+ countries to discuss the challenges and opportunities that manufacturers, suppliers and retailers are facing in the supply chain of the apparel industry. For this reason, it is a forum and not a conference as delegate involvement is an important element of its success.

Prime Source Forum (PSF) was initiated by APLF in 2006 to address the issue of quota elimination in the apparel industry.  After its staging in the industry for eight years, PSF is now organised by Yeh Shen Ltd under licence of APLF.

United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) President Julia K. Hughes will moderate a panel discussion titled, Outlook for Sourcing: Changing Trends in Supplying Countries and the Impact of Trade Agreements. Panelists will include speakers from Jiangsu Sainty Corp. Ltd., Luen Thai Holdings Ltd., and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textile and Apparel.
