KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) and the U.S. Fashion Industry Association (“USFIA”) cordially invite you to join us on Monday, June 9th, 2014, for a discussion about the upcoming changes to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) Focused Assessments.  Speakers will include guests from CBP, as well as additional speakers from our premier partner the USFIA.

CBP will provide a brief overview of the Focused Assessment Program, and then discuss important upcoming changes, featuring Elizabeth Chiavetta, Director of the Audit Policy Division and Jim Madden, the New York Field Director for Regulatory Audit.

KPMG and USFIA will discuss the new changes to the Focused Assessment Program, and other related topics, including:

  • Impact on trade and customs compliance for members of the fashion industry
  • How to manage a CBP audit
