The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will host a joint webinar this Thursday, November 18, to provide an overview of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. The AIM Act directs the EPA to phase down production and consumption of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) by 85% by 2036. New requirements for HFCs go into effect starting January 1^st.
