From January 21-23, 2014, Proexport Colombia will host COLOMBIATEX, the largest textile, machinery, and supplies for apparel and home in Latin America. For 25 years, the show has specialized in textiles, raw materials, supplies, machinery, and chemicals for use in the apparel and household linen industry. This year, the trade show will host over 400 exhibitors, most of them from Colombia, with attendance of international buyers from around the globe.
Buyers will have the opportunity to walk through 8 halls across 2.30-acres worth of trade opportunities, including textile raw materials such as chemicals, fibers, linens, cotton and filament yarns in addition to apparel supplies like buttons, buckles, zippers, laces, lining, woven labels, and collars. Visitors will also find full package companies specialized in sportswear, jeanswear, and household linen, among others.

50th Colombia Business Matchmaking Forum
From February 19-20, 2014, the Colombian Government Trade Office will host its 50th Business Matchmaking Forum in Bogota, Colombia. This program allows U.S. buyers to meet with Colombian suppliers in pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings. Over 2,000 Colombian suppliers will participate, providing the opportunity to find exactly what you need in a one-stop-shopping environment.
