Looking back at 2019, there are two words to sum up the roller coaster ride: disruption and uncertainty.

The announcement of a phase one U.S.-China trade deal marks a step in the right direction as we get ready to celebrate the holidays. The Section 301 tariffs on products imported from China are having a direct impact on American fashion brands and retailers, and also on customers.
