Julia Hughes, president of the U.S. Fashion Industry Association, said the business community was already seeing the impact on Wednesday of Obama’s endorsement of TPA in the speech.
“We’ve already seen momentum today,” Hughes said. “In the follow-up to the State of the Union, Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker and other Cabinet members have been holding conference calls with the business community and encouraging more activity to support TPA.”
