CBP to Host an IEEPA Refunds Webinar This Thursday, April 16

Today U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced a webinar to review the process for requesting refunds of IEEPA duties paid in the ACE Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE). The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, April 16 at 3:00pm Eastern. Those interested in attending can register online here, though CBP notes that webinar entry is on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited. The webinar will be available for replay on CBP’s Trade Outreach Webinars page.
